# Rugspull

> Rugspull is a high-risk parody protocol on BNB Smart Chain. It makes one founder-token sale path explicit and inspectable; it does not make participation safe. Total loss remains possible.

## Canonical facts

- Network: BNB Smart Chain mainnet, chain id 56.
- Factory: `0xDFF540baBCa2ee8A2A8Ff26359Ecc9c5921D8A63`.
- Quote asset: WBNB only.
- Pool: each Rug uses Rugspull's internal canonical constant-product AMM, not PancakeSwap.
- Reserve boundary: RugPool exposes no reserve-withdraw function and issues no LP token.
- Founder Allocation: 45% is held by RugInstance, remains immobile through the 24-hour Opening and a further 48-hour lock, then may be sold once in full and never in pieces.
- Trading: the canonical pool can continue trading after the Founder Allocation sale.
- Fees: 0.30% per trade; 0.25% remains in the pool and 0.05% WBNB goes to the protocol treasury.
- Settlement: wallets sign financial actions; the backend does not buy, sell, rug, claim, or refund for users.
- Platform token: none. Each Rug creates a separate ERC-20 token.
- Source: the mainnet Factory has BscScan and Sourcify exact-match source.
- Audit: an independent audit has not been completed. Exact-match source and project-authored tests are not an audit or safety certification.
- Status: organized new mainnet activity remains NO-GO while the published Stage 0 gates are unresolved.
